About us: Health Care Alliance North America (HCANA) is a rapidly expanding healthcare management company specializing in addiction and mental health treatment. It was founded by individuals in recovery who have first-hand experience in receiving addiction treatment and have developed a specialized model of care that incorporates techniques that work while eliminating those that do not.
Job Summary: As a group facilitator, you will provide therapy in a group setting to our clients, and be an important part of their wellness journey. You will use evidence-based modalities and your clinical experience to help our clients manage their recovery, while being on a team with other caring professionals who share the same mission.
List of duties/responsibilities:
- Conduct evidence-based group sessions for clients
- Help guide and direct clients during group sessions
- Prepare both group and individual notes
- Collaborate with treatment team to ensure quality client care
Job Type: Part-Time (12 hours per week)
Salary: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
Requirements
Requirements:
- Experience and passion working with clients struggling with substance abuse
- Licensed with the state (LADC, LMSW, LPC, CADC)
- or, Masters in related field
